The Girl next door fashion...

When someone says you have the character similar to a girl next door I simply take that as a compliment !
The girl next door according to me is one who is chilled out, easy to talk to, and friendly. Her nonchalance and laid back persona are well documented in the clothes she wears.
One should dress authentically if they’re going for the typical "Girl Next Door" look.
The girl next door fashion is something everyone relates to, from a college girl to a professional or home maker.
Makeup:
Makeup is optional, but if you like putting on makeup, keep it light and natural. Foundation, concealer, eye shadow, mascara, winged eyeliner, and lip balm/gloss is all you need.
Indian fashion for Girl next door-
The girl next door dresses speak of elegance and grace just like the girl next door collection from Vasansi.com
Full sleeved anarkali dresses in hues of pink, blues and subtle colors with fascinating huge borders at the bottom and striking duppattas to go with it. I have always fancied floor length anarkali’s and was blown up by the lovely collection at Vasansi.com.

The girl next door keeps her clothing lovely and leaves her cascading down her shoulders.Minimal makeup and there is this sweet smile of hers that never leaves her lips :-)
The girl next door phrase paints an image of an archetype of a cute, confident, unassuming, and honest woman or girl,  in a romantic Mughal era….
These are few lovely dresses I loved from Vasanasi’s Girl next door collection..

Anarkali shopping karne chali ...

Hello cupcakes,
During the first few days of August , I was so damn busy shopping , why not ..it was EID !Ala the festive season :D
And I was in search for the perfect dress (by perfect I mean better than others :P)
And guess what I went Anarkali shopping ! :D

Chod chaad ke apne Saleem ki gali mein Anarkali ki shopping karne chali :P (sorry for the pathetic lyrics)

So its natural all of these make Anarkali's irresistible ! So when I saw 7 or 8 of them I just couldn't stop drooling over them and somehow convinced mommy dearest to buy 5 of them for me ! Hiya ! :D :p <MOM i love you> *Mega happy dance*
Though was not at all pleased to hear I was buying whatever I had just seen :p

Sharing a few pictures of the ones I bought :D

This cutipie yellow chiffon Anarkali is LOVE ! with Solver border and kundan work , the dress looks adorable on me ^.^

(This one is a readymade)
I love its flare!

Please ignore the flashy red ones , my mom forced me to pick them -.-

These are unstitched suits I bought to wear on small outings and fridays! (Fridays because they are auspicious and nobody has got a problem I wear new clothes on Friday's :p)

I don't know why but I have caught a liking to yellow's :c.

This is my top favorite, guess I am gonna wear this the most :D
Love the velvet border and simple work at the end of the sleeves and neckline...

My favorite :-* Pinkkkkkk

Love the floral touch...

I just don't know why mom likes this =/, but its ok.

Not among favorites, mumma's choice.

Anarkali suits are here to stay! From reigning Bollywood celebs to Tv actresses everyone are opting for these gorgeous silhouettes ! They are timeless beauty !
Anarkali suit has a traditional touch to it and is normally worn in functions, ceremonies and festivals.

I just love how they are extremely feminine and traditional at the same time!
The 70's style statement, flared long anarkalis  are in demand now.Or one could tell
the latest rage in Indian fashion!

Everywhere I go be it marriages,  school annual day functions, birthday parties ... Cha gaye yeh Anarkali I tell you ! They are EVERYWHERE !

Also we have so much to choose from, different patterns, colors, georgette, silk , brocade, zari worked, in chiffon and crepe, with mirrors and resham...blah blah blah :P

I love anarkali suits at Cbazaar.in (They are awesome!) Bit expensive , yes.
Also I love Anarkali's at Commercial street in Bangalore and at shopping malls and Plazas in Gandhinagar (Bangalore)
Also I love every single Anarkali worn by Bollywood celebrities. *sigh*
Call  me Anarkali fanatic !

Hope you like them..and yes they have to be stitched...I did get a overly grand readymade chiffon Anarkali along with these for Eid in teal green which I will post sometime later :D , till then
Lots of love
